I am regular customer of Banana tree. I highly recommend Thai Green curry. Waitress Ramona was excellent with her service yet again. She served the food within no time after ordering the food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for nearly seven years, and if there’s one person who truly stands out, it’s Peter. His work ethic, consistency, and dedication are second to none. No matter when I visit, Peter is always operating at 100%—welcoming guests, taking orders, clearing tables, and keeping things running smoothly, often pulling the weight while others stand by. Peter is the definition of a team player, and his floor presence is exceptional. His ability to multitask and enhance the guest experience is something every restaurant should strive for. Think consistency, think Peter! I strongly believe he deserves a leadership position, like General Manager, where he can train and inspire others, helping the business grow even further. If you’re dining here, rest assured you’re in great hands with Peter around!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Banana Tree and had an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by two wonderful waitresses, Ramona and Diana. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure that our table was taken care of and that we had a memorable afternoon. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met with a smile. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made my birthday special. Highly recommend dining here and being served by Ramona and Diana.

Terrible parking situation. All the lots in the area require an app that does not function. I didn't even make it inside the restaurant because of the parking...

Tasty food and very nice atmosphere. Service was quick and we were well looked after by Ramona who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great cocktails as well!!!

The restaurant itself was cute and aesthetically pleasing, I enjoyed the music that was playing. It wasn’t very loud in the restaurant, and the tables were dark enough away from others to ensure we had enough space. For majority of our time here, the service was was very fast and the drinks & food were all very tasty and well made. Mark and Diana were both very polite and made us feel very welcome! I would definitely come again. :)

The current favourite restaurant, watch out for a service charge on your bill. I pay for my food, but it's *not* my responsibility to pay your staff. I will tip happily but why does a restaurant have any say how much I should give them (or indeed if they receive 100% of it, on top of their wages)

Fantastic could not fault this establishment. Front of house team were exceptionally professional. The cocktails were excellent value for money and the meal was of 1st class standard well presented and hot and most of all great value for money.

Came here for lunch for a quick pad Thai. The food was nice and it was fairly busy. I would say Mark was really friendly but food came out a little slow. I had an hour lunch break and was rushing to eat to get back on time.

Very nice decor inside and good vibes. Food was a bit hit and miss, not the most authentic fare around. Where it was really let down was the service. Girl serving us was borderline rude, and it was staggering how hard it was to get her attention. Felt like we needed a flare gun. How is it possible for someone in the industry to look everywhere but the tables she is attending to? Is it not service training 101 to explain how to scan a room? Absolutely dismal. To top it all off there was an £8 gratuity added which we only realised on exit. EIGHT quid to be ignored all night. Sadly won't be back.
